A one on one private session provides individualized attention to expand your practice and achieve your goals. Private instruction allows the ability to customize what you would like to achieve in a non-intimating environment and at a time that is convenient for you.
In this session you may discuss any injuries or concerns of limitation, find modifications that are best for you, discover new poses to challenge you, receive adjustments, explore breath work and ask any questions that you might have about your practice. Private sessions are beneficial for all levels of experience and will be personalized to your feedback and requests.

Policies:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 8 hours before an appointment start time. The session, fee or credit used to pay for the appointment and will be returned to your OM8 account balance.
Appointments cancelled less than 8 hours before start time will pay a penalty of $20. The session or credit used to pay for the appointment will be returned to your OM8 account balance.
Late cancellations (under 2 hours) and no shows will lose the session (unless the cancellation is due to an emergency) and total amount paid for the appointment and be charged a penalty of $20.
If you are late for a private class, the class will end at the original time.
