  • Yoga Vinyasa Flow

    Spark is our yoga flow class that links breath with movement.  This 60 minute mixed level flow offers upbeat music that creates a fun atmosphere to build strength and flexibility with accessible modifications and options. Each student is giving the opportunity to take what they need on the mat. Like a cup of coffee early morning or mid-day recharge, Spark will energize your soul!  Hot and warm temperature options available.

  • Weighted Strength Building Yoga

    Class Length - 60 min

    This class offers an invigorating blend of yoga and strength training exercises, designed to enhance flexibility while building muscle tone. This dynamic practice incorporates Bala weights or Bala rings to intensify, making it both challenging and rewarding. Participants can expect to experience increased energy levels, improved balance, and a heightened sense of mindfulness as they flow through sequences that engage both the body and the mind. OM8 yoga sculpt offers a fun and effective way to elevate your practice and cultivate a deeper connection with your body. Each class curated to challenge your body and mind and elevate your spirit. Come prepared to move your bodies and sweat!

  • Flow and Release - Vinyasa Flow / Yin Yoga

    If you are looking for the perfect combination of classes, this is your answer. This vinyasa to yin class meshes the invigoration of an intentional vinyasa flow and the mindful quiet floor practice of yin. Students are led through poses linking breath with movement to warm the body before embracing a sense of calm and stillness where the focus becomes the lengthening of the connective tissues. At OM8 this class is where SPARK or RIPPLE meets GROUND. Blending these two creates a powerful class we like to call MELT, because that is exactly how it feels.

  • Slow Flow and Yin Yoga w/ Sound Healing

    If you are looking for the perfect combination of classes, this is your answer. This slow flow to yin class meshes slow intentional movement with the mindful quiet floor practice of yin, coming to completion with the beautiful healing sound of the crystal singing bowls. In this OM8 experience you will be led through slow moving poses to warm the body before embracing stillness where the focus becomes the lengthening of the connective tissues. This OM8 class is where RIPPLE meets GROUND. Blending these two creates a powerful class we like to call MELT, because that is exactly how it feels. The addition of sound is the perfect way to release into relaxation.

  • Slow Flow Yoga

    Class Length - 60 min

    Like a ripple in the water this slow flow class has a meditative pace that links movement with breath at a much slower speed. Deep, mindful sequences help focus and relax you as you hold and sink into the alignment of each pose. Because of the slower pace, poses are more accessible and it is a great class for beginners. But slower doesn't mean less challenging.  Learning to find your breath in longer holds provides an opportunity to increase the mind body connection. Additional benefits include building strength, flexibility and balance. Expect to feel a wave of calm and rejuvenation that is created in this class.

  • Slow Flow Somatic Yoga

    Class Length - 60 min

    Our somatic movement practice emphasizes the internal experience of the body through a movement therapy that emphasizes re-educating the way your brain controls your muscles. It involves slow mindful, conscious movement aimed at increasing body awareness, improving flexibility and relieving emotional and physical tension. By focusing on how the body feels from the inside, rather than how it looks or performs externally, somatic movement encourages a deeper connection between the mind and body. This healing modality can be particularly beneficial for managing stress, enhancing well-being and recovering from physical injuries.

    The benefits of this class are a heightened sense of relaxation, a release of trapped emotions that are effecting the body physically and an overall improvement in mobility, as we learn to move with greater ease and efficiency. All levels.

    The OM8 RIPPLE slow flow class you know and love with an intentional focus on the basics and fundamentals. Great for beginners as this class mindfully moves through foundational poses, breathing techniques and how to use props to enhance your practice. The slow pace of this experience allows you to fully engage with each posture, enhancing your practice and promoting a deep sense of relaxation. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this class offers a welcoming environment to explore the transformative power of yoga. A perfect way to unwind and connect with your body and mind.

  • Yin Yoga - Flexibility & Release

    If you are looking for a grounded vibe where you can relax into longer holds and stretch, GROUND is the class you need. With the perfect balance of stillness, slow speed and intentionality, the goal of this grounded yin class is to target the deep connective tissues of the body – the ligaments, joints and deep fascia network. Creating space to quiet the mind and heal, students experience balance in the nervous system with poses practiced on the floor.  Through long supported holds, this class can help with flexibility, circulation, muscle recovery and is therapeutic for joints and mobility. The perfect compliment to a yang physical practice and the stresses of life,  yin yoga can promote feelings of deep calm. Props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets are available and provided. Feel free to bring your own as well!

  • Somatic Yin Yoga - Somatic & Release

    This OM8 class offers the perfect balance of slow intentional somatic movement and stillness in each pose. The goal of this grounded somatic yin class is to invite pockets of movement to release tension and stuck emotion and to target the deep connective tissues of the body – the ligaments, joints and deep fascia network by rebalancing the mind body connection. Creating space and calm, students experience poses practiced all on the floor.  Through long supported holds, this class can help with pain, flexibility, circulation, muscle recovery and is therapeutic for joints and mobility. Props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets are available and provided. Feel free to bring your own as well!

    OM8 Yogalates is a dynamic fusion of yoga and pilates, designed to harness the best of both practices. This hybrid class combines the flexibility, balance and mindfulness of yoga with the core-strengthening, body-toning elements of Pilates.  With a focus on core, glutes and stability muscle groups, this class offers controlled movements, proper alignment and a strong mind-body-breath connection. Whether you're looking to increase flexibility, build strength, or create a strong stable foundation for movement, OM8 Yogalates a a comprehensive experience that nurtures both the body and mind.   • Strength, Core & Sculpt…at the Wall

    Class Length - 45 min

    This OM8 exclusive class is a reformer-based mat workout that uses your body weight and the resistance of the wall to tone your muscles and improve your flexibility.  Wall pilates works to strengthen the muscles that support the spine - namely the abs, back and glutes. The perfect way to enhance your Pilates practice, this method can help improve your strength, flexibility, and balance, while also promoting better alignment and posture.

    No-Slip Grip Socks are REQUIRED and available for purchase or bring your own!

  • Strength, Core & Sculpt…on the Mat

    Class Length - 45 min

    Pilates based movement to increase core and overall strength, resulting in improved posture, energy, flexibility and balance. Powered by breath and a mindful connection to your body, this on the mat pilates focused class targets primary and supportive muscles in the torso to increase rotational performance and stability. Designed to challenge and strengthen the muscles of the abs and low back and bring ease to the spine.

    In addition to your own body weight as resistance, OM8 pilates classes use balls, rings and bands. Equipment is provided.

  • Cardio Yoga Flow

    If you know, you know. If you don't know, you need to! The Climb is a student favorite!

    This fire element class provides a calming sense of release as the class flows through an invigorating yet grounding progressive flow. As students link breath with movement, class moves through a foundational sequence that repeats throughout the class, building and adding on as you go. Nicknamed “The Climb” by fan favorites, this is a sweaty “up the mountain” flow that likes to move. Don’t forget to enjoy the view at the top before coming down the mountain to stretch! Find your climb, overcome thoughts and spend one hour in a dance with your breath.

    Quicker pace. Sweat is a side effect. Must love to sweat.

  • Yoga Faith Flow

    Earth Element | Warm 80-85

    Class Length - 60 min

    This special ripple slow flow class will guide you through a series of yoga poses at a relaxing pace while finding grace in every breath, strength in every pose and serenity that flows through each movement. Give yourself this gift to intentionally take an hour out of your day to give yourself grace and reconnect with your soul. You can look forward to slow movement, longer asana holds in a warm room while enjoying songs of faith. Discover that grace is not just an idea; it's an experience that can be found on your mat.   • Somatic Movement Flow

    BUTI yoga is a confidence building, empowering blend of functional movement, emotion-driven cardio dance and strength training into a seamless experience that connects your spirt to flesh. Named for an Indian-Moroccan word that means ‘a cure to something that’s been hidden away or kept secret’, Buti yoga is a way of using movement to heal the body.  This practice and class is based on community and non-judgement and unlocks your full potential as it balances hormones, aligns chakras and nourishes the endocrine system. Step on your mat and activate the spark deep within you waiting to be let out, to heal and to discover parts of yourself that might be hidden or missing. Buti is a practice for every-BODY. This practice helps you to integrate your emotional experience to feel at home in your body. We use beat-driven music to guide our intuitive practice. Community over competition. Warning: This practice is transformative!

  • Restorative Yoga

    Our version of restorative yoga where we take a moment to recharge, reset and return balance back to the body. OXYGEN is just that. A class where the focus becomes mental and physical relaxation. It is an embrace of the pause and feels like a deep cleansing breath of fresh air. Through a combination of meditative poses (made passive with the use of props) and breath work, the goal is to allow your nervous system the reset that is needed. Escape the hectic day and come to the mat to experience the use of therapeutic elements like essential oils, optional touch assistance and guided meditation. Enjoy the benefits of this restorative practice as soothing music guides you into bliss.

  • Yoga to Reset - Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra

    Class Length - 60 min

    If you are looking for relaxation and a cure to stress and feeling overwhelmed... you must try this class!  This magical combination brings all the ease of restorative yoga and the reset of yoga nidra. Our lightly heated restorative class named ‘OXYGEN’ focuses on slowing down, passive stretching poses and breathing. All poses are on the floor with the lights dimmed to promote restfulness and ease. This class invites the use of props such as bolsters, blocks, eye pillows and blankets (which are provided). Feel free to bring your own! This combo class includes a practice that ends in a yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is simply yogic sleep in a state of consciousness between waking and asleep induced by a guided meditation. A magical space to manifest, reset and calm the central nervous system down through rest.

  • Yoga to Reset - Restorative Yoga + Meditation

    This restorative yoga class will incorporate a short meditation session into each restorative practice because we know how hard it is to find a few minutes in your busy day to simply check in with yourself. Like a fresh breath of oxygen (which elemental number just happens to be 8), this relaxing class experience is the perfect opportunity to get on your mat to reset and catch your breath.  All poses are on the floor with the lights dimmed to promote restfulness and ease. This class invites the use of props such as bolsters, blocks, eye pillows and blankets (which are provided). Feel free to bring your own! Appropriate for all levels and recommended for everyone!

    Chair yoga is a gentle form of postures and breathing exercises that are practiced with the support of a chair. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to build strength, lengthen muscles, and experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get down and up from the floor.  Also great for those recovering from injuries and mobility restrictions! Chair yoga can help improve flexibility, increase circulation, and promote a sense of relaxation and well-being. By focusing on mindful breathing and intentional movements, participants can enhance their mental clarity and reduce stress. It's a versatile practice that can be adapted to suit individual needs, making it accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.

  • Our OM8 Women’s Circle - Held on the 3rd Wed of the month - Free to attend!

    A gathering of women, for women... a sisterhood meeting that gives women a safe space to connect and share with each other. Based in ancient tradition, this time together will be all about creating a magical space for connection and togetherness, without judgement. Our OM8 women's circle is a space to reflect, celebrate, set intentions, cleanse and tap into the true divine feminine goddess that lives inside each once of us. This high-vibrational circle will consist of an opening, meditation, sharing and a closing. Our goddess circle is simply a place where we come together in sisterhood to feel seen, heard, supported and empowered.

  • Various fun as we leave the studio to encounter life outside these walls, together! Previous field trips have included yoga at the Bengals stadium, kayaking trip and more! Exciting plans to volunteer in the community and more adventures to spread our wings to come!
